Tommy Bergeron

Thomas John Bergeron III, “Tommy”, 15, of Ridgefield, died on Monday, October 30, 2023. Tommy was the beloved son of Eliana and Thomas John Bergeron Jr., “TJ” and the loving brother of Luna Bergeron.

Tommy was born in Redwood City, California on November 14, 2007. After relocating to Ridgefield with his family at a young age, Tommy attended Ridgefield schools and was a Junior at Ridgefield High School.

He was a member of the Ridgefield High School Rugby and Football teams. Tommy volunteered with the Appalachia Service Project as part of Jesse Lee Church and in his spare time enjoyed participating in fantasy football leagues and playing video games. His sense of humor was infectious and he loved a good joke. Tommy was a good student and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Those who loved him will miss his warm smile and kindness.

Tommy is survived by his parents, Eliana and TJ, his sister, Luna, his grandparents Holly and Thomas Bergeron Sr., as well as his extended family Paul, Noelle, Phoebe and Chloe Zeller of Ridgefield; Eric, Blythe, Grant and Landon Zielinski of Ridgefield; and Patti Romero, Jose, Juan and Chris Camacho of California.

A prayer vigil will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church; 207 Main Street, Ridgefield. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Jesse Lee Memorial United Methodist Church, Ridgefield. There will be no calling hours and interment will take place privately.
