Shirley A. (Zommer) Morning

Shirley Ann (Zommer) Morning, 80, of Danbury, wife of Eddie Morning, died on Friday, May 7, 2021, at Danbury Hospital. Mrs. Morning was born in Danbury, attended local schools, was previously employed with the Risdon Manufacturing Company, and later engaged in foster care. In more recent years, Mrs. Morning was a homemaker. The greatest joy was the time she shared with her husband and the family. In addition to her husband of fifty-six years, Mrs. Morning is survived by three sons, Edward and his wife Jessica of Waterbury and Kenneth and Michael both of Danbury, and nine grandchildren. Home Going Services with burial to follow will take place on Monday, May 17, 2021, at 11 a.m. in Wooster Cemetery, Section 2, Danbury with the Rev. Leroy G. Parker, Pastor of the New Hope Baptist Church of Danbury officiating. There will be no calling hours.
