Rosalie P. Dominicus, 81, of Danbury, wife of the late Anthony L. Dominicus, died on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Danbury Hospital.
Mrs. Dominicus was born the Bronx, NY on March 28, 1944, the daughter of the late Clemente and Pauline (Nigro) DeLucia.
She attended New York schools and in early years was an office manager for a Bronx, NY, messenger service.
A resident of Danbury for the past twenty-six years coming from the Bronx, she was a member of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Parish of Brookfield, CT.
Mrs. Dominicus is survived by two sons, Carmine Dominicus and his wife Sabrina and Anthony Dominicus and his wife Adele, a brother Joseph DeLucia, five grandchildren, Anthony and his wife Shannon, Nicholas, Carmine, Ariana and Alexis and by a great grandson Anthony Lorenzo Dominicus.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Dominicus was predeceased by a brother Anthony DeLucia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church, 138 Candlewood Lake Rd., Brookfield on Friday, January 2, 2026.
Burial will take place at the direction of the family.
There will be no calling hours.
