Nancy F. (Repko) Piskura

Nancy (Repko) Piskura, 89, of Danbury, wife of the late Joseph Piskura, died on Monday evening, September 15, 2025.

Mrs. Piskura was born in Danbury on July 25, 1936, a daughter of the late Marion (Siskey) and Andrew Repko Sr. She attended local schools and graduated from Danbury High School with the Class of 1954.

Mrs. Piskura was a retired sales clerk with the former Ben’s Men’s and Boy’s Store, located on White Street, Danbury.  She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church of Danbury.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph Piskura Jr. and his wife Mary and James Piskura and his wife Lorraine, a sister Pauline Basso, 2 grandchildren Justin Piskura and Kathleen Lowe, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband abd parents, Mrs. Piskura was predeceased by a brother Andrew Repko Jr. and two sisters Helen Wahlstrom and Patricia Repko.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, September 22, 2025 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Danbury with Fr. Eric Silva officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery, Danbury

Friends will be received in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M.
