Mary Ann (Howard) Jaquith, 70, of Plantation, Fla., died on September 20, 2021, at Broward Health Medical Center, Coral Springs, Fla. She was born in Newark, NJ, on February 17, 1951, the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Mary (Botelho) Howard. She attended St. Peter School, Danbury High School, and the Americo Beauty School and was a parishioner of St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church of Danbury. Mary Ann owned and operated Mary Ann’s Hair Salon in Bethel. She later sold the business and relocated to Plantation, Fla. She is survived by one daughter Renee Jaquith-Suriani and her husband Steven; two brothers, Edward, and Mark Howard; two grandchildren River & Hunter as well as two nephews, a niece, and several grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Lisa Ann Jaquith, a brother Joseph Howard Jr. and by her former husband, Terry Jaquith. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 12 noon in St. Anthony Maronite Catholic Church, 17 Granville Ave., Danbury. The family will receive friends in St. Anthony’s Church Hall immediately following the mass.
