Mark S. Hoyt

Mark S. Hoyt, 71, of Danbury, died on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Mr. Hoyt was born in Danbury on February 16, 1955, a son to the late Nathan

“Nate” and Alice (Giambartolomei) Hoyt. He attended Danbury Schools, graduated with the Class of 1974 from Danbury High School and entered a career of nursing.

He was a lifelong area resident.

He is survived by a brother, Michael W. Hoyt, an aunt Sharon Delaney, a niece Keri Hoyt, a great niece and nephew Karissa Reiske and Kristian Hoyt and several cousins.

In addition to his parents, Mark was predeceased by his sister in law Linda Hoyt.

Services will be private.

Interment will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, Ridgefield.

There will be no calling hours.
