Lawrence J. Fallon

Lawrence J. Fallon, 97, of Ridgefield, longtime resident of Yorktown Heights, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2021. He was the loving husband of Dolores (Langer) Fallon.

Mr. Fallon was born on December 4, 1923 in White Plains, NY; a son of the late Michael and Mary (McDonough) Fallon. 

A longtime resident of Yorktown Heights, NY; Mr. Fallon was a retired Salesperson for both AT&T and IBM. He was a generous donor to the St. Joseph Indian School and an active member of the Mohansic Golf Course Community. He was an avid golfer and passed down his passion for the sport to his sons and grandchildren, many of whom still play today because of him. 

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Dolores and their children: Dawn McMahon, Brian Fallon and his wife, Vicky and Stephen Fallon and his wife, Cherie. 

Mr. Fallon is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Maeve McMahon, Kristen Fallon, Lauren Fallon and Kevin Fallon. In addition to his parents, Mr. Fallon was predeceased by a son in law, Jay McMahon. 

Private interment and US Marine Corps funeral honors took place at Kensico Cemetery, Valhalla. Contributions in Mr. Fallon’s name may be made to the National Veterans Foundation, https://nvf.org/veterans-donations/.
