Judith P. (Press) Rosenberg

Judith P. Rosenberg, 94, of Danbury, formerly of Katonah, NY, wife of the late Louis S. Rosenberg, died on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Havencare at Hancock Hall, Danbury.

Mrs. Rosenberg was born in Brooklyn, NY on November 13, 1931, a daughter to Irwin and Lillian (Kahn) Press.

She was raised in Mt. Vernon, attended Mt. Vernon schools and graduated from Davis High School.  She then attended Hunter College in New York City, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in education.

A retired educator, Mrs. Rosenberg taught in the Bedford Central School System for two decades.  After retirement, she became an avid quilter. 

She is survived by 2 daughters, Roberta Kellum, and Alice Cahn and her husband Dr. Charles Cahn, and six grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services and interment will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 10:15 AM in Sharon Gardens, Valhalla, NY with Rabbi Rhonda Nebel of Congregation B’nai Israel of Danbury officiating.
