Geraldine R. (Geri) Mann

Geraldine R. Mann, 66, of Southbury, wife of Mark E. Mann, died on Monday, December 27, 2021, at River Glen Health Care, Southbury, CT.

Affectionately known as Geri, she was born in Troy, PA, on December 30, 1955, a daughter of the late Robert and Constance (Russell) Faber. Raised in Elmira, New York, Mrs. Mann attended Elmira, NY schools

. An area resident for the past 34 years coming from Elmira, she was a Certified Nurse Aide last employed with River Glen Health Care, Southbury.

Geri enjoyed traveling and was an advocate of animal rights and lover of animals.

In addition to her husband of twenty-five years, Geri is survived by two sons, Kirkland Michaels and his wife Brittany of Sacramento, CA and Mark Mann and his wife Allison of Southbury, CT; 2 daughters, Kristyn Sherwood of Willimantic, CT, and Victoria Michaels of Sacramento, CA; three brothers, Robert Faber of West Virginia, Michael Faber of Arkansas and Timothy Faber of New York, and seven grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Geri was predeceased by a sister Maureen Fauver.

The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, between the hours of 4 PM to 7 PM.
