Frances Baldwin

Frances Baldwin, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born in Danbury, CT on November 12, 1939, Frances lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She dedicated herself to her family, creating a warm and loving home filled with laughter, good food, and cherished memories. She will be remembered for her unwavering generosity and the joy she brought to those around her.

She is survived by her children: Tammy Retalis (Arthur), Joseph Bailey (Jennifer), and Randy Bailey (Monica), grandchildren: Jessica Radon (Michael), Ali Bailey, Kathia Touri (Mikey), Peter Forcelli (Koleta), Christopher Forcelli (Shannon), Zachary Retalis (Marisha), and eight great-grandchildren. 

A celebration of Frances’s life will be held at a later date, allowing family and friends to come together and remember her remarkable life.
