Donna J. Cimino

Donna J. Cimino, 67, of Danbury, wife of the late Mark Cimino Sr., died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at Danbury Hospital. Mrs. Cimino was born in New York, NY, January 25, 1954, a daughter of   Grace (Amico) Neverisky of Danbury and the late Liberato Serpe.  Donna, along with her mother, was raised and loved (as his own) by James Neverisky whom her mother Grace remarried.    She moved with her family in 1961 coming from Norwalk and had been a New Fairfield resident and later a Danbury resident. She attended local schools, graduated from Danbury High School with the Class of 1972 and immediately attended Aesthetician school after her high school graduation.  This became her lifetime passion and profession.  Donna  attended St. Joseph R.C. Church of Danbury. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cimino is survived by a son, Mark Cimino, a daughter, Dana Cimino, a sister, Gloria Neverisky Kayfus, and her husband Troy, a brother, Gaetano Serpe, two grandchildren, Dominic Koy and Dante Cepeda, and several nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 10 AM in St. Joseph Church, Danbury.

Donna will be interred in the Columbarium of the Congregational Church of Brookfield.

Due to the concerns facing us all at this time regarding indoor gatherings, masks and or facial coverings must be worn.

There will be no calling hours.
