Clara DiPentima

Clara DiPentima, 87, of Ridgefield, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 25, 2021.

She was born in Bronx, New York, to the late Mario and Giovanna Pellici and was preceded in death by her sisters, Julia and Donata, and her brother, Livio. Before moving to Ridgefield to raise her family, she worked at the NIH in Washington, DC. Clara was loved by all who met her. She loved traveling, going to new places and meeting new people. She was especially fond of New York City, the theater, museums and restaurants.

Clara is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, Anthony, and her children, David, Jim, Lea, Lea's partner Glenn, grandson Dylan, Dylan's partner Erica, and several nieces and nephews. She was a lover of animals and will be very missed by her two dog grandchildren Theo and Bryce.
