Christine Lucchini Iannino, 71, of Carmel, NY; died on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
Christine was born in Mt. Kisco, NY on November 29, 1952; a daughter of the late Aleck and Constance (Foust) Lucchini. Christine graduated from Fox Lane High school in 1970.
A longtime resident of Pound Ridge, NY and then Pleasantville, NY, Christine was a retired paralegal. She was a member of the Pound Ridge Community Church.
Christine cherished her family, her children, and her beloved grandchildren (whom in her eyes, could do no wrong). She was a talented seamstress and would often sew the most amazing Halloween costumes for her children and more recently, her grandchildren. Her creativity knew no bounds.
Christine is survived by her daughters, Alessandra Iannino, Assunta Murphy and her husband, Andrew; Antonella Alves, her husband, Gregory; and her son Anthony Iannino. Christine is also survived by her grandchildren: Gunnar, Drake, and River, as well as her siblings: Thelma VanTilburg, Ronald Lucchini, Andrew Lucchini, and his wife Alva.
In addition to her parents, Christine was predeceased by her twin sister, Connie Johnson and sister-in-law, Eileen Lucchini.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Kane Funeral Home; 25 Catoonah Street, Ridgefield, CT. A funeral service in celebration of Christine’s life will take place on Monday, March 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Pound Ridge Community Church; 3 Pound Ridge Road, Pound Ridge, NY. Interment will follow in Pound Ridge Cemetery.
