Brian Frank Obituary

Brian Stephen Frank, 51, of Danbury, died peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 surrounded by his caring family. Brian was the loving husband of Marlene (Ayoub) Frank and the devoted father of Aaliyah and Kaylee Frank.

Brian was born in Bronxville, NY on April 1, 1973; a son of Susan (Kotash) and Richard Frank Jr. Brian graduated from John Jay High School in Cross River, NY and from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY with a B.A. in history. He earned a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY.

Brian married the love of his life, Marlene, on October 5th, 2002. Together they built a home and raised their two daughters who embody the intelligence, humor, and resilience he instilled in them. He was deeply proud of the strong, smart, young women they are becoming, and his love will guide them always. Together, the four of them lived a life full of fun, laughter and love. He was employed as an attorney at Penino & Moynihan in White Plains, NY and was named partner in 2018, a milestone he was deeply honored to achieve.

A longtime Danbury resident, Brian was a member of Saint Ann Melkite Catholic Church. He enjoyed sharing his passion for Godzilla, wrestling, horror movies, and sports, especially the NY Yankees and Chicago Bears, and wasn't one to turn away a good IPA. He was an avid history enthusiast and enjoyed cracking jokes at a good Hallmark Christmas movie. However, his most favorite moments were the spontaneous trips with his family and watching his daughters pursue what they are most passionate about.

Brian is survived by his wife of 21 years, Marlene as well as their two daughters; Aaliyah and Kaylee. Other surviving members of his family include his father, Richard Frank, Jr., his sister, Jessica, his mother-and father in-law, Carol and George Ayoub, his brother in-law Paul and his wife, Beth, his brother in-law Kenneth and his wife, Lynn along with niece, Morgan and nephew, Parker and a village of family and friends. Brian was predeceased by his grandparents, Anne and Richard A. Frank Sr. and Cecilia and Louis Kotash, and his beloved mother, Susan (Kotash) Frank.
