Anthony James Clement Jr., 64, of Danbury, died on  Friday, November 17, 2023, at Danbury Hospital.  Family and Friends may call at the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9 Granville Ave., Danbury on Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 P.M.

Obituary

Anthony (Tony) James Clement, Jr, 64, passed away peacefully at Danbury Hospital on November 17, 2023 after a long illness. He was born on September 3, 1959.   Anthony was the son of Catherine (Hannan) Clement and the late Anthony J. Clement, Sr.

Besides his Mother, Anthony is survived by his sons, Jason (Johanna) Clement of Stamford, Matthew Clement of Danbury, brothers, James (Sharon) Clement of South Carolina, Michael (Wanda) Clement of North Carolina, sisters, Susan (James) Haug of Massachusetts, Cathy Scargill (Jorge) Fernandes of Danbury, nephew, David (Katie) Haug and pre-deceased by his nephew Christopher Clement, nieces, Julie (Matt) Drinkham, Melissa (Donald) Ferguson, Jessica Clement and several great nieces and nephews. He leaves behind the beloved family dog Max and cat Sambo who he loved very much.

Anthony loved playing his guitars, NASCAR races and making people laugh with his jokes.  He was loved by many.  He graduated from Henry Abbott Technical School in 1978 and attended Electrical schools.  He worked as an Electrical Apprentice, Maintenance and Handyman, and Operations Manager during his career.
